The terms of using UnDun.
These terms govern your use of the UnDun app, dashboard, and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What UnDun is
UnDun turns data from wearables you connect into a continuous measure of functional capacity, framed around the WHO concept of Intrinsic Capacity, and presents it to you and, with your consent, your care team. It is a decision-support and wellness tool.
2. Not medical advice
UnDun is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Its insights are informational and are meant to support, not replace, the judgment of a qualified clinician. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in UnDun. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use UnDun. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Connected services
When you link a third-party provider such as Fitbit, Whoop, Oura, or Ultrahuman, you authorize UnDun to access the data categories you approve through that provider's API. Your use of those providers remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data supplied by a third party.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no unauthorized access to other accounts or data, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law. Clinician users agree to access only the records of patients who have consented to their care.
6. Privacy
Your use of UnDun is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using the service you consent to that handling.
7. Intellectual property
UnDun and its software, design, and content are owned by UnDun and protected by law. Your health data remains yours; you grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnDun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for decisions made in reliance on its insights.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using UnDun and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
